Description

This solicitation is for the removal of an existing mechanical screen wall including metal louvers, metal framing, grout base pads, and anchors. The work also includes installing wood blocking, a fully adhered EPDM membrane, and sheet metal coping along existing curbs. Additionally, new sheet metal wall panels and coping will be installed at mechanical penthouse wall corners to close gaps left by the removed screen wall.
