The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS), is seeking proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf Online Testing Software Solution to support CPS recruiting processes, including administering the Alberta Police Cognitive Abilities Test (APCAT) in compliance with Alberta Solicitor General standards. The project scope includes three phases: Proof of Concept, Implementation, and Ongoing Maintenance and Support. The solution should be a standalone, fully compliant online testing platform, either on-premises or cloud-based. The contract duration is approximately 146 months starting from December 1, 2026.
