The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals for comprehensive Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) for the Royal Theatre and the McPherson Playhouse. The contract includes services described in Appendix "A" and must be completed by September 1, 2026, or within 100 days of contract award. The CRD reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part and may award additional follow-on work without further competition. A contract will not necessarily result from this RFP.
