This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Prime Architectural Consulting Services to deliver Phase I – Concept, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design for a proposed new multi-sport turf and seasonal dome facility located at the University of Calgary. The facility will serve as the training and competition home for the Dinos Athletics football, soccer (women’s and men’s), and rugby (women’s) teams, provide year-round recreational opportunities for students, serve as a community hub, and host national and international tournaments. Qualified architectural firms licensed in Alberta with relevant experience are invited to respond. The contract duration is approximately 10 months starting from August 31, 2026.
