The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, intends to approve a sole source authorization for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to purchase Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS), an integrated Electronic Health Record from FEI.com, Inc. This procurement is pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-9221. The Division of Purchasing has determined that only one vendor is qualified to provide this service.
