Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the construction and improvement of the New Century Air Center Wastewater Treatment Facility in Johnson County, Kansas. The project includes construction of a new DAFT Building and Equipment, a new Equalization Basin, Intermediate Pumping Station, Valve Vault, Pumps, and Equipment, conversion of the existing DAFT to TWAS Storage Tank #3, a new Sludge Loadout Station, a new Electrical Building and Equipment, installation of a new Odor Control System and Equipment, plant piping and valve replacement, influent sanitary sewer piping replacement, and motor control center replacement. Bidders must submit a bid bond of 5% of the total bid amount and submit bids electronically via IonWave. Mandatory virtual pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled.
