Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks professional services to provide credit and debit card payment options for the public to pay filing fees, court costs, copy fees, posting bonds, and other restitution costs for Boone County. The County desires a no-cost model to the County, with charges added to users who opt to use the service. The service must provide accounting data linking credit card charges to related case numbers and aim to keep service fees as low and reasonable as possible for cardholders. The contract will serve the Boone County Circuit Clerk, Boone County Sheriffs Office, and Boone County Prosecuting Attorney, each with slightly different uses for the processing services.
