The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) are seeking short-term office space rental in Rowan County, North Carolina to support their local operations. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Farm Service Agency (FSA) - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) - FPAC Business Center Acquisition Division (contracting office) - Products/Services Requested: - Short-term office space rental for 7 personnel (5 FSA, 2 NRCS) - Space requirements: - 1,000–2,500 sq ft - 4 private offices, 3 workstations - Storage room, restrooms, conference room - Parking for visitors, employees, and a government vehicle - ADA compliance and adherence to building codes - Exclusive access for USDA use - Utilities, janitorial, and snow removal included in rent - Locations: - Rowan County, NC, including Salisbury, China Grove, Granite Quarry, Rockwell, and Gold Hill - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Space must be move-in ready by August 1, 2026 or sooner - All services (utilities, janitorial, snow removal) must be included in the monthly rate - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified lessors

Anticipated period of performance is August 1, 2026- July 31, 2027 with four possible option years.
