The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Books - Library, Text, Publications on an as needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to books and publications to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to ensure cooperative members have access to vendors that best meet their needs based on price, availability, and delivery. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, though members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
