Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Computer Hardware, Software, Services, and Supplies on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. EPIC6 plans to award agreements on a multi-vendor basis to ensure members have access to reliable, high-performance vendors. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, but members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
