Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Audio Visual equipment, supplies, and services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation covers a broad range of audio visual goods and services including projectors, screens, cameras, displays, mixers, speakers, microphones, audio and video systems, accessories, and rentals. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to provide cooperative members access to vendors that best meet their needs based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery.
