EPIC6, led by the Texas Region 6 Education Service Center, is seeking proposals for a wide range of instructional supplies and academic/educational goods and services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. - Government Buyer: - Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), Texas Region 6 Education Service Center - Products and Services Requested: - Instructional supplies and academic/educational goods, including: - Reference books, lesson plans, workbooks, tests, software, flash cards, graphic organizers, charts, maps - STEM and ESL curriculum materials - Tablets, calculators, microscopes, telescopes - Games, puzzles, and other classroom instructional materials - Academic and educational services related to classroom instruction - Quantities and Part Numbers: - No specific quantities or part numbers provided; solicitation is open to all relevant products and services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - IDIQ contract with no guaranteed purchase volume - Vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future EPIC6 cooperative members - 1.5% vendor-paid fee on sales - Evaluation based on price, quality, reputation, and compliance with Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) requirements - Multiple vendors may be awarded; all responsive vendors encouraged to submit proposals for their product lines - Contract intended for public agencies and certain non-profit organizations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified suppliers of instructional and educational products/services

Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Instructional Supplies on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to instruction in the classroom to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to ensure availability and best meet the needs of cooperative members. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, but members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
