Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for grounds and turf maintenance supplies, equipment, and services on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with multiple vendors to provide products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future EPIC6 members, though members are not obligated to purchase. Proposals must score a minimum of 70 points to be considered responsive and responsible.
