Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for office supplies, equipment, furniture, and related services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation allows for multi-vendor awards to best serve the needs of cooperative members, who are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors. Proposals will be evaluated based on factors including price, availability, delivery, and vendor reputation, with a minimum score of 70 points required for award consideration.
