Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for School Furniture & Related Services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The scope includes any goods or services related to school furniture, including supplying, renting, maintaining, improving, and repairing furniture and furnishings for school buildings. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to provide cooperative members access to vendors based on price, availability, and delivery.
