Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for performing arts supplies, equipment, and services on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with multiple vendors to provide goods and services related to performing arts to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future EPIC6 members, though members are not obligated to purchase. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, reputation, quality, long-term cost, and other factors, with a minimum score of 70 points required for consideration.
