Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for signage products and services including signs, banners, flags, accessories, and related services on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply these goods and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation allows for multi-vendor awards to best serve the needs of cooperative members, with evaluation based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, though members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
