EPIC6 is inviting proposals for an IDIQ contract to supply law enforcement, fire, and safety equipment, supplies, and services to Texas public agencies and eligible nonprofits. - Government Buyer: - Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), managed by Texas Region 6 Education Service Center - Products and Services Requested: - Law enforcement and fire protection equipment (e.g., firearms, ammunition, personal protective gear, communication devices, metal detectors) - Fire safety products (e.g., fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire hoses and accessories) - Related services (e.g., inspections, monitoring, active shooter and emergency response trainings) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; all qualified manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to participate - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contract pricing and terms must be extended to all current and future EPIC6 members - Multi-vendor awards; no guaranteed purchase volume - Minimum evaluation score required for award consideration - Compliance with HUB and federal regulations - Members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors - Evaluation Criteria: - Price, quality, availability, delivery, and regulatory compliance - Place of Performance: - Delivery and services for EPIC6 members across Texas, including public agencies and eligible nonprofits

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Law Enforcement, Fire & Safety equipment, supplies, and services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to law enforcement and fire protection to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. EPIC6 plans to award multiple vendors to best serve the needs of its members, with awards based on factors including price, availability, and delivery.
