This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply goods and services related to transportation to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation allows for multi-vendor awards to best serve cooperative members, with proposals evaluated on factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, though members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
