Description
Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering plan review services for a three-year contract. The District may select multiple firms to provide the requested services, which include independent professional plan review of engineering construction plans and supporting design calculations for compliance with the District's Design and Construction Standards. Services cover review of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance, stormwater quality approaches and structures, quantity control, access to District-maintained facilities, erosion control measures, and easements. The consultant will provide written review comments, technical recommendations, and communicate directly with applicants for District permits. Services may be performed at District administrative facilities or remotely, with attendance at meetings or other in-person activities as needed.
