The Economic Development Authority of Floyd County, Virginia (EDA) is seeking a Housing Development partner to build or place 12-15 single-family, detached, owner-occupied, quality homes on donated land. These homes are targeted at households earning between 55% and 150% of the area median income (AMI). The project depends on receipt of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to cover main construction costs such as extending utilities, building the road, and preparing the site. The proposal requested is solely for a Housing Developer and does not include the main construction work.
