The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish all equipment, labor, tools, and transportation necessary to perform on-call hourly Shoulder Maintenance, Milling, Patching & Surface Treatment. Operations are not to exceed 500 feet in length unless approved in writing by the Salem District Maintenance Engineer. The work will take place at various locations within Bedford and Franklin Counties. The contractor must provide qualified licensed experienced operators for the equipment listed in the solicitation in accordance with the specifications.
