The New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department is seeking to establish a Department Price Agreement (DPA) for the printing of various items with adhesive backing. - Government Buyer: - New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department - Products/Services Requested: - Printing of miscellaneous items on paper or other specified materials with adhesive backing - All items must be bid on (all-or-none bid requirement) - No subcontracting permitted; vendors must perform all work themselves - Agreement Structure: - Initial term of five years, with an option to extend for an additional five years (maximum ten years total) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All-or-none bid structure (vendors must bid on all items) - Subcontracting is strictly prohibited

Description

The New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department (TRD) seeks to establish a Department Price Agreement (DPA) with one or more responsive vendors for printing items listed in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). These items may be printed on paper or other specified materials with adhesive backing as required by the ITB specifications. The agreement is an all or none bid, and subcontracting is not allowed. The term of the Price Agreement is five years from the date of award, with an option to extend for an additional five years by mutual agreement and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent, not to exceed ten years in total.
