Description
This solicitation is for routine elevator maintenance and inspection services to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant operation of existing elevator systems at Lone Star College System locations. The scope includes preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and limited repairs with a minimum of monthly service on elevators and chairlifts at campuses, centers, and satellite locations as detailed in Exhibit A. The contract excludes construction, modernization, upgrades, capital improvements, and any work requiring separate procurement under specific Texas statutes. Bidders must be registered with Lone Star College in Ion Wave to submit a bid.
