Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) Digital Health is seeking to pre-qualify vendors for Business Analyst Consultant services to support health IT projects: - Government Buyer: - Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS), NL Digital Health - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; this is a pre-qualification for a vendor pool - Products/Services Requested: - Business Analyst Consultant Services - Anticipated need for approximately 5 to 20 positions - Services include business requirements documentation, workflow diagrams, use cases, stakeholder analysis, feasibility and gap analysis, change management plans, test plans, user guides, and related deliverables - Support for project management activities and testing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Work is anticipated to be remote, with 50-100% allocation per consultant - Consultants must be available during Newfoundland Standard Time working hours - Compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards is required - The RFSQ establishes a pre-qualified vendor pool (up to five vendors) for one year, with possible 6-12 month extensions - Only pre-qualified vendors will be eligible for future limited call RFPs; no contract is awarded directly from this RFSQ

NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) on behalf of NL Digital Health to pre-qualify vendors for upcoming Request for Proposal(s) (RFPs) for Business Analyst Consultants. The RFSQ aims to establish a vendor pool valid for one year, from which up to five vendors will be pre-qualified to participate in subsequent limited call RFPs. This process will not directly result in a contract but will lead to contract negotiations through the limited call RFPs. The work involves providing Business Analyst services for various projects, with deliverables including business requirements documents, workflow diagrams, test plans, and other related documentation.
