Description

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish one or more Standing Offers for the supply and delivery of flags and pennants on an as-and-when-requested basis. The Standing Offer will be valid for five years from the date of issuance, with call-ups issued by the Directorate of Land Procurement. Delivery will be made to specified points including 25 CF Supply Depot Montréal and 7 CF Supply Depot Edmonton. Offerors must submit both technical and financial offers, including physical samples for certain items, and offers will be evaluated based on technical compliance and price.
