The City of North Vancouver is seeking qualified and experienced respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at the new Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre. The project also includes the potential operation, maintenance, and management of eight existing publicly accessible EV charging stations at various City-owned surface parking lots. This RFEOI is issued for information gathering to assist the City in determining delivery models, partnership structures, technical approaches, and operational frameworks.
