The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) services for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System and its affiliated outpatient clinics. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Network Contracting Office 16 - Services Requested: - Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) services for veterans at the Biloxi, MS campus and outpatient clinics in Mobile, AL; Pensacola, FL; and Panama City, FL - Annual quantity: 600 HSAT services per year, for a base year plus four option years (total up to 3,000 services) - Services include: device preparation, shipping to patients, patient instruction, data review, uploading results into the VA Somnoware system, retesting if needed, and 24/7 technical support for patients and healthcare providers - Devices must be compatible with the VA Somnoware system and capable of measuring multiple sleep apnea parameters - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% compliance with the Statement of Work is required, with incentives for exceeding standards and penalties for shortfalls - Contractor must maintain a quality control program; government will monitor performance via random and 100% inspections - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are mentioned, but devices must integrate with VA Somnoware - Place of Performance: - Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS - Mobile Community Outpatient Clinic, Mobile, AL - Panama City West Clinic, Panama City, FL - Joint Ambulatory Care Center, Pensacola, FL

Contractor to provide Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) services for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, to include outpatient clinics located in Mobile, AL, Pensacola and Panama City, FL.  These services to be in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein.  (See Statement of Work for detailed information.)
