The Agency must not be co-located on the same floor as any of the following government agencies:   Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law enforcement agencies. Must provide the appearance of a dignified and professional law office. Daytime cleaning is required to be performed.  Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. LAN/Server room requires 24/7 cooling.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  It is preferred that the offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency.

Example agencies: SSA, FPD, IRS, VA, EOIR, etc. customers that provide a service to the public.
