Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing) is seeking proposals from qualified companies to administer the Eviction Prevention Program. The program provides financial assistance to renters behind on rent and at risk of eviction, offering up to $800 per month (not to exceed $9,600) per eligible household. Funded at $11 million by 2026 Public Law Chapter 650, Section GGGG-1, the program includes comprehensive management software for application processing, recordkeeping, and reporting. The selected administrator will manage fund disbursement, data collection, and program outcome monitoring.
