Description

The project involves approximately 1 mile of street improvements on Willow Avenue from West Barstow Avenue to West Sierra Avenue. Improvements include removing and replacing existing asphalt pavement, replacement of curb return ramps and curb and gutter, median island curb & cap, adjustments of utility boxes, manholes, and utility valve boxes to finished grade, replacement of traffic striping, markings and signage, traffic signal modification, and reinstallation of traffic loop detectors. Construction must start no later than July 13, 2026, with a project duration of twenty-five working days. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "BID PROPOSAL" to the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 pm on the due date.
