Description

This solicitation is for the development of a green space within the Parkview neighbourhood. The work includes earthworks grading to achieve design elevations, placement of topsoil and seed, installation of an asphalt concrete walking trail, a concrete pad, trail seating nodes, and planting of trees, shrubs, and ground cover. Additionally, site perimeter fencing consisting of post and 3-wire as well as post and 3-rail fences will be installed. Storm sewer infrastructure is excluded as it was completed in a previous phase. Upon completion, the contractor will provide the City of Lloydminster with a complete greenspace including all required amenities.
