The State of Ohio, Department of Children & Youth, is soliciting Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dealers to provide products available on State of Ohio contracts and the State Term Schedule (STS). The solicitation is limited to certified MBE suppliers who must submit quotes equal to or lower than applicable state contract pricing. Vendors must include the applicable state contract number in their proposals and attach the required quote clearly indicating the contract number. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.
