The City of Lloydminster is seeking contractors for the development of Parkview Greenspace Phase II in the Parkview neighbourhood. - Scope of work includes: - Earthworks grading to achieve design elevations - Placement of owner-supplied topsoil and contractor-supplied seed - Installation of an asphalt concrete pavement walking trail - Construction of concrete pads and seating nodes - Planting of trees, shrubs, and ground cover - Construction of site perimeter fences (post and 3-wire, and post and 3-rail types) - Storm sewer infrastructure is excluded from this phase (already installed previously) - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified - Contractor is responsible for delivering a complete greenspace with all required amenities upon completion

Description

This solicitation is for the development of a green space within the Parkview neighbourhood. The work includes earthworks grading, placement of topsoil and seed, installation of an asphalt concrete walking trail, construction of concrete pads and seating nodes, planting of trees and shrubs, and construction of site perimeter fences. The project also involves storm sewer infrastructure installed in a previous phase, which is not included in this scope. Upon completion, the contractor will provide the City of Lloydminster with a complete greenspace including all required amenities.
