The Department of Children and Families (DCF) of the State of Florida is soliciting bids to provide custodial services for the Tampa Service Center Building located at 9393 N. Florida Ave, Tampa, Florida. The services include nightly janitorial cleaning primarily from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a daytime porter on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. The contract term is anticipated to start on July 1, 2026, and last for five years, with possible renewal.
