Description

This solicitation is a repost for establishing a contract to host the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans (CAPM) 2026 Leadership Awards Dinner. The event is expected to have approximately 850 attendees including organizers and committee members, with no guaranteed minimum number of meals. The preferred event date is September 26, 2026, with an alternate date of October 3, 2026. The venue must be located within the 7-County Twin Cities Metro Area and provide ample parking, preferably a surface parking lot, at no cost to the State and attendees. The contract term is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with an option to extend up to 12 months.
