Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking a qualified Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for water main extensions in the neighborhoods of Blossom Street, Chadwick Acres, and Cape Landing. The project includes installation of public and private-side water service connections. The work will be funded primarily through Division of Water Infrastructure grants and involves a two-phased progressive design-build approach.
