Description

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) seeks a qualified Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for water main extensions in the neighborhoods of Blossom Street, Chadwick Acres, and Cape Landing. The project includes installation of public and private-side water service connections. The work will be funded primarily through Division of Water Infrastructure grants and will be executed in two phases: design/pre-construction and construction. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for integrating design and construction, obtaining permits, preparing engineering reports, assisting with public outreach, and managing construction activities.
