Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking up to three architectural design firms for open-ended design services supporting small projects: - Government Buyer: - Rowan-Cabarrus Community College - Scope of Services: - Architectural design services for renovation, remodel, advanced planning, sustainable design, site master planning, and building security system integration - Projects are limited to a maximum value of $300,000 each - Annual total fees for all projects capped at $150,000; no single project fee to exceed $36,000 - Services are provided on a routine or as-needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects - Requirements and Preferences: - Firms must be licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in North Carolina - Registration with the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal is required - Emphasis on experience with educational/institutional renovation, technical proficiency (BIM, Gantt chart scheduling, life-cycle costing), and sustainable design standards (PHIUS, WELL) - Familiarity with Rowan and Cabarrus counties is preferred - HUB-certified firms and subconsultants are encouraged to participate - Submittal Details: - Required documents include a letter of interest, design approach, project examples, budget and schedule, references, resumes of key staff, and HUB certifications - All submissions must be electronic - Place of Performance: - Rowan-Cabarrus Community College facilities in Rowan and Cabarrus counties

This solicitation is for architectural design services to be provided on a routine or as-needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $300,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000, and no single project fee shall exceed $36,000. The base contract duration is one year with a possible one-year extension.
