Events DC is seeking qualified firms to supply and repair ADA lifts and associated parts for the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and other managed venues. - Government Buyer: - Washington Convention and Sports Authority (Events DC), Office of Contracts and Procurement - OEMs and Vendors: - Ascension (manufacturer of Virtuoso ADA lifts) - Products/Services Requested: - Supply of Ascension Virtuoso ADA Lifts (part number 5460P) - Replacement parts including door closers, safety skirts, ball-bearing slide kits, switches (E-Stop, Up/Down, On/Off, Pushbutton, Gate), power supplies, casters, dockplates, and related components (various part numbers) - Repair services for ADA lifts, including labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for maintenance, upgrades, and part replacement - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have at least three years of experience with Virtuoso Portable Wheelchair Lifts - All work must comply with federal and District of Columbia regulations and manufacturer specifications - Warranty required: minimum one year for materials, 90 days for labor - Preference points for certified local and disadvantaged businesses - Deliveries and services to be performed at the Convention Center and other Events DC venues as needed

Description

The Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to provide supply and repair of ADA lifts and associated parts at the Convention Center and other venues owned or managed by Events DC. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet the specifications. The contract is a firm fixed price with a base term from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Deliveries and repairs will be coordinated with the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR).
