ARORA develops photonic technologies cooperatively between DoW, commercial, defense industrial base, and other organizations to design, fabricate, and test prototype photonic technologies demonstrating advanced capabilities that provide technical offset for DoW applications. ARORA facilitates streamlined, rapid execution of photonic research and modernization of existing systems required to maintain technical superiority while maintaining cost control.
