DIALOG NWT Architecture Engineering Interior Design Planning Inc., on behalf of Inuvialuit Development Corporation, invites Expressions of Interest from qualified proponents for the delivery of the proposed Inuvik Fairfield Hotel, a 79-room hotel with associated amenities, to be constructed in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The client is seeking a turnkey solution and expects interested proponents to assemble a team capable of coordinating and delivering all required components of the work from procurement through fabrication, transportation, installation, site works, commissioning, and completion. The project is currently designed as a fully steel modular hotel project, with wood modular solutions also considered where equivalent or better value, feasibility, schedule performance, durability, and suitability can be demonstrated.
