Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for carpet tile, vinyl plank, and roll vinyl. The contract is for a two-year period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, for the purchase of these flooring materials for use by ISU Residence Halls. Contractors must keep stock available for same-day delivery or pickup. Orders will be placed as needed throughout the year, and delivery is to the Residence Warehouse in Ames, IA, preferably on an F.O.B destination basis with delivery costs included in the unit price.
