Lee County, Florida is seeking qualified consultants to provide comprehensive professional engineering, architectural design, and construction management services for Lee County Transit (LeeTran). - Scope of Work: - Design and oversee construction for up to 9 existing and 24 new bus stops - Ensure all bus stops meet or exceed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance standards - Provide Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services - Deliver grant compliance and testing services as required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) - Funding and Compliance: - Project is funded in part or in whole by the FTA - Strict adherence to federal grant requirements (2 CFR part 200) is mandatory - Products/Services Requested: - Professional engineering services for bus stop design and ADA compliance - Architectural design for new and existing bus stops - Construction management and CEI services - Grant compliance and testing - Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with ADA standards - Vendors must ensure compliance with federal grant regulations - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are named in the solicitation - All necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for design and construction oversight are included

Lee County, Florida is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional engineering, architectural design, and construction management services, including construction, engineering, and inspection (CEI) services, grant compliance, and testing for Lee County Transit (LeeTran).
