Washington County, Oregon is seeking letters of interest for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services to support uninsured or underinsured residents with serious and persistent mental illness. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, funded by Washington County General Funds. The county intends to contract with one organization, and if multiple letters of interest are received, a request for proposals process will be initiated. Providers must comply with Oregon Administrative Rules and have the capacity to serve at least 7 General Fund funded slots.
