Description

The Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) Program offers free tax help to individuals aged 60 or older. Eligible agencies compete for grants to conduct local TCE programs, providing tax return preparation assistance primarily from January 1 to April 15 each year, with program activities conducted year-round.
