Description

The City of Billings, Montana, is soliciting sealed bids for one new current model 2027 aerial lift truck for the Street and Traffic Department. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM (MST) on May 19, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud via Facebook Live. The successful bidder must provide equipment of acceptable quality, performance, and workmanship, and furnish a performance bond and labor and materials payment bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must include a bid security of at least 10% of the bid amount, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid in the best interests of the City.
