This opportunity from the U.S. Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, seeks a contractor for portable toilet and holding tank rental and servicing. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 14th Civil Engineer Squadron (14 CES), Columbus Air Force Base, MS - Products/Services Requested: - Rental and delivery of eight long-term portable toilets for Columbus AFB - Up to ten additional portable toilets for short-term events or emergencies, with delivery/setup within two hours of notification - Rental and servicing of holding tanks: - Four 1,000-gallon holding tanks at Columbus AFB (monthly pump-out) - Two 150-gallon holding tanks at Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha, Shuqualak, MS (monthly pump-out) - Monthly cleaning, waste removal, restocking, and repair of all units - Emergency relocation and after-hours service contact required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Units must be staked down and equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers - Contractor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, and supervision - Relocation of units on base at no additional cost - Rapid response for short-term/emergency needs - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years (annual renewal possible) - No specific OEMs or named vendors; industry-standard portable sanitation equipment is expected. - Place of Performance: - Columbus Air Force Base, MS - Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha, Shuqualak, MS

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, labor, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary regarding delivery of and service/support for Portable Toilets on Columbus AFB, MS. Contractor shall also provide service to pump out four (4) 1,000 gallon holding tanks located on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150 gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha located at Shuqualak, MS.

Long Term: The contractor shall deliver 8 (eight) units to various locations on Columbus AFB within one (1) workday after contract start date and stake down to the ground to prevent tipping over. Specific location(s) will be determined on contract start date. See Attachment A.

Short Term: The contractor shall be prepared to provide up to (10) extra units for special events, (usually one day), emergencies etc. to be delivered, set up, and serviced (cleaning, re-stocking toilet paper, emptying) where needed, within 2 hours of notification. The contractor shall provide an emergency phone number for after-hours contact. Upon request, the contractor shall relocate the various units on base to the designated location on the installation. This shall be accomplished at no cost to the government.
