Description

The City of Eau Claire is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a study of its downtown and examine the potential to improve downtown operations. The study includes data collection and analysis of the Farwell Street corridor from Madison Street to Washington Street and the downtown area from the Chippewa River east to Dewey Street. The selected firm must also evaluate HSIP funding potential for the improvements and apply for HSIP funding as described in the RFP.
