Description

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is issuing a Concept Report in advance of a Request for Proposals for Vocational Support Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The program aims to provide vocational support services to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them in preparing for and maintaining competitive or self-employment. The department anticipates awarding approximately five contracts, one per borough, with a contract term starting January 1, 2028, and ending December 31, 2036. Written comments on the Concept Report are invited by June 15, 2026.
